I am the Managing Director of Hancock Advisors with over 20 years of experience in business consulting, as well as mergers and acquisitions. I have worked with and sold companies in many different industries including manufacturing, communication, financial, aero-space defense, electronics, retail and distribution and agriculture. I serve both privately held and publicly traded companies. 

I also have more than 20 years of experience in business valuations, which provides me with a better perspective for selling or buying companies for my clients. I have valued companies for estate planning purposes, ESOPS, purchase or sale of a business, stock-based compensation, and buy-sell agreements. My experience also includes Quality of Earnings reporting and diligence on both the buy side and sell side for transactions. Finally, I am a Certified Georgia Mediator and I help prepare clients in litigation for divorce and corporate disputes.
