I have over 30 years of experience in corporate finance and investment banking, working with large and small clients in both the US and Europe. I have been involved in over 75 transactions and raised over $3 BN of capital for growing business.  I have deep relationships with a broad range of financial and corporate buyers and investors.

I specialize in working with small and medium businesses to achieve their potential.   I help companies analyze their strengths and weakness in order to make strategic decisions that enable them to grow.  Through this process I work with them to determine how to access the necessary capital to grow.  I also advise companies that are seeking to access shareholder liquidity or the sale of the business.

I received an BS/BA in Finance from Georgetown University.  Prior to Hancock Advisors, I worked for 15 years with a regional investment bank providing advisory and capital raising services to multiple small and medium size businesses.  I began my career and spent 13 years with Chase Manhattan Bank both in New York and London.   Prior to returning to the United States, I was a Managing Director with Merrill Lynch in the Financial Sponsor Group.
