I am a Partner and Advisory Consultant to Hancock Advisors and the Managing Partner at Hancock Askew & Co. I have more than 30 years of experience in the advisory and accounting fields.

As a Certified Valuations Analyst (CVA), I have a thorough understanding of valuation methods and processes and have performed numerous business valuations. I have conducted valuations on businesses in varied industries. These reports are used in divorce litigation and settlement, business disputes, gift tax valuation, estate planning and estate tax return valuations, and merger & acquisition transactions. My experience with litigation support and expert witness consulting is extensive having worked with both plaintiffs and defendants in cases ranging from business disputes, lost profits analysis, complex contract disputes and estate disputes and divorce matters.

For Hancock Askew & Co., I coordinate audits for SEC registrants and privately held companies, including several Fortune 1000 companies. My services include providing managed accounting and reporting for public equity and debt offerings, business combinations and dispositions, and advising internal audit departments on plans and strategies to enhance corporate governance.

Before joining Hancock Askew, I spent 13 years with Ernst & Young and 2 years with Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation. I hold a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University in Accounting and am licensed to practice accounting in Georgia, Florida and South Carolina. I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
